About Us

Ed Campbell, President/ Owner of ECCO Remodeling, Inc. dba Patio Enclosures, Inc., started as a Design Representative for Reamco, Inc. dba Patio Enclosures, Inc. in March of 1988 at their Lorton, Virginia Office. In March of 1992 Ed was offered, and accepted the position of Branch Manager for Reamco, Inc's Hampton Roads/ North Eastern, North Carolina Franchise. Ed successfully ran the local office until purchasing the Franchise from Reamco, Inc. in December of 2008. All of the employees stayed on after the purchase of the Franchise and 3 of the employees have been with the company for 76 years combined experience!

ECCO Remodeling, Inc. holds a Class "A" contractors license (2705-122885A) in Virginia which allows them to do any size job (commercial or residential). ECCO Remodeling, Inc. is fully insured which will give you peace of mind when doing business with them.

Prior to working with Patio Enclosures, Inc. Ed ran a successful concrete and masonry business that also held a Virginia Class "A" License as well as a Maryland Home Improvement and Maryland Commercial Unlimited Contractors License. Ed has extensive knowledge of, and has built all types of commercial and residential buildings, foundations, slabs and finish work.

Regardless of the size of your project, you can count on Ed, his Installers, Designers and office staff to keep you informed and the job will be completed to your satisfaction. "We build every room with our own employees, not subcontractors. The Installers show up in clean uniforms with their name and the Patio Enclosures, Inc. Logo on them. All of our Installers and Design Representatives have been drug screened and have submitted to a criminal background check."

We offer the strongest warranty in the industry and any warranty or service work is handled locally so you don't have to the hassle of calling the manufacturer, dealer or subcontractor to find out who services your room. "We need to know how the customer will use the room so that we can make recommendations as to which sunroom will be best for the customers situation. Most companies have 1 sunroom product that they will have to adapt to the style of home you have. Patio Enclosures, Inc. products are made in 1/8" increments in width and height to give you the maximum amount of glass and or screen area possible. We do a site evaluation to see what type of foundation would be best suited to each potential customer and show samples of how the room will be constructed. We will then be able to formulate a price to do the work."
