We are so pleased with our sunroom. It looks like it was built when our house was built. It is a beautiful addition to our home. Tristan was on time ever yday and completed his tasks on schedule. We have gotten so many compliments on the custom windows. Our view to the wooded area out back is unobstructed. We have enjoyed meals and quiet time in our new room. We have just finished a remodel in our back yard and needed a covering to complete the project. After lots of searching, ECCO came out to give us a quote on an awning for our back patio. They were very responsive and came out within days. We had a quote that day that was very reasonable. We felt very comfortable with the price and it was actually better than most quotes we had already received.

ECCO did a great job with the sunroom… The staff always answered my questions via phone call and email. The workers that came out were professional and experienced. I am very pleased with my sunroom that was completed by ECCO Sunroom and Awning of Chesapeake on the front of my house in 2019, I really love it. ECCO installed our solar shades on time, as promised. The installation crew was pleasant and efficient. They returned for some minor adjustments, no problem. The shades are fantastic!

This is our second ECCO sunroom. When we moved to a waterfront home, we knew that a sunroom would enhance our view and appreciation of the location. We wanted to have an old wooden deck removed, and replaced with a new deck and sunroom area on the rear of our home. Our very professional design consultant presented us with various options. He listened to all our concerns, suggestions, etc., and designed a perfect 4 seasons sunroom for us. All of our communications with the company were polite and in a timely manner. His professionalism and product knowledge of awnings made it easy for me to decide which way to go when it was time to settle on a purchase. He displayed multiple examples of awning fabrics, colors and suitable framing that accented my homes curves along with satisfying my particular style. There was no need to compare any further. ECCO Sunroom and Awning enclosed our porch and created a wonderful sunroom.  The ECCO team provided a pleasant experience from our initial contact with them to the conclusion of the installation.  We understood the materials that would be used and had a timetable for the project.  All of our questions were answered thoroughly, and we were updated as we moved through the installation process.  The crew was careful and cleaned up so there was no evidence they had worked around our shrubs and in our flowerbeds.  Now complete, our sunroom looks like it has always been here.  We love enjoying the garden in comfort, without regard to the weather outside, all day and every day.  The “height” of unsolicited compliments came from the gentleman who climbs on our roof to clean our house gutters:  he complimented the “seam alignments” and said whoever did the installation did a great job!  We highly recommend ECCO Sunroom and Awning.

We had a wonderful experience with ECCO. For those who are looking for the low-cost competitor for awnings; don’t. A superior product and superior install will give you the longest lasting awning that looks great attached to your home. This is what ECCO delivers; a high quality product with a high quality installation with great warranties. ECCO installers removed the siding, installed a ledger board, coverer and flashed the board, reinstalled the siding, and routed the wire inside the wall. The low cost competitor wasn’t going to do anything like that; they just going to screw the awning to the studs over the siding and it would have looked horrible. I am glad we chose ECCO; they delivered a product that looks as nice retracted as it does extended and will hopefully last for years to come.

Compliments to everyone on the Ecco Remodeling team for a beautiful outcome on our converted screened porch. I was able to receive an excellent financing option, our sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. But particular thanks are extended to our installers for a job well done and to the office manager who handled some hiccups with promptness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for sunroom remodeling.

We had a screen porch removed and a Sunroom installed. I must say that we love the outcome, it’s better than we could have hoped. We have referred friends and family to work with ECCO and we would use them again in the future.

Our new under-pergola canopy from ECCO Sunrooms & Awnings managed the hurricane well. Matter-of-fact, a downburst of wind blew under the deck and completely knocked out a section of lattice; not just a piece of lattice, but an entire section – framework and all – where it was screwed into the deck itself. Yet, up on top of the deck, all went unscathed.

We installed a motorized awning with ECCO Sunroom & Awning in spring 2019; it’s been installed professionally and on time. It’s working as expected for the second summer. We even recommended it to our family, happy with it also.

Just a note to say “thank you” for the installation of our new under-pergola canopy system. The canopy looks great with Merrilyn’s material color selection against the house’s color in the background, and the system is easy to operate and does so, smoothly.

Your leads mechanic, Ricardo and his assistant Bo showed up on-site as scheduled and worked steadily the entire time while here. Both gentlemen exhibited themselves as professionals and carried themselves accordingly; at the same time, they were polite and courteous.

The system installation was neat & clean, with the surrounding area left in the same condition as when the ECCO crew started the job.

This is the first time getting work done on house is a pleasant experience.

I just want to let you how much we are enjoying our new Sunroom and to thank you for all your help in making recommendations and suggestions during design. We finally have it furnished and have been enjoying it for 2 weeks now. I’m pretty sure it’s going to be our favorite room. Even before it was furnished we received many complements. Thanks again Ed, and to Eddie, and to all the different crews involved in the construction (foundation, construction, electrical, and flooring). The work was all first class and proceeded in a timely manner and minimal disruption to us.
